ROCKET SOCIAL, a French SASU registered at 26 chemin de Chalin, 69130 Ecully, France, operates the breakreach.com website and the Breakreach platform ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). We never store your password in plain text.
When you connect third-party social media accounts (such as X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, or Bluesky), we receive and store OAuth access tokens, your platform user ID, display name, and profile picture URL. These tokens are used exclusively to publish content on your behalf.
We store the posts, media files, and scheduling data you create within Breakreach. Media files are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure.
We collect basic usage data such as pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve the Service. This is measured with PostHog (product analytics). We also use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the performance of our advertising, which means a hashed version of your email address may be sent to Meta when you register or subscribe. Your address is hashed with SHA-256 before it leaves our systems, and Meta never receives it in clear text.

Your data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare R2 (media files), and Redis (job queue). Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and implement industry-standard security practices.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, posts, and connected account tokens within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely for analytics purposes.

We use an essential cookie (httpOnly refresh token) for authentication. We also set analytics cookies through PostHog, and the Meta pixel sets its own cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from one of our ads) to attribute visits to advertising. We do not sell cookie data, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles beyond measuring our own campaigns.
Breakreach uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to your channel and, where you have granted it, to read and reply to the comments left on your own videos. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

You can revoke Breakreach's access to your YouTube data at any time from the Google security settings page, or by disconnecting the channel in Breakreach, which deletes the stored tokens.
We store the minimum needed to run these features: your channel id, channel name and avatar, the ids of your own videos, and the comments shown in the app. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties other than the infrastructure providers listed above, and we do not use it to train machine learning models. Authorized data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
Our free YouTube tag extractor (breakreach.com/tools/youtube-tag-extractor) also uses YouTube API Services, with an API key rather than your account: it reads the public data of the video whose link you paste (title, channel, tags, hashtags, category, views, duration). It needs no sign-in, stores nothing about you, and keeps each video's data in memory for at most 6 hours (category names for at most 30 days). By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Breakreach is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
