The count is updated every few hours and a change applies to the next invoice. Clients can connect their own accounts from a link you send them, without a Breakreach login.

No. The connector (our MCP server) and the REST API are included on every plan. The 50 AI agent messages on Starter are for Breakreach's built-in assistant, and posting from ChatGPT or Claude through the connector doesn't count toward them.
